Previous running experience is not required; walkers are welcome. You must have the physical ability to begin an aerobic exercise program that is based on walking and running.
There are four levels of progression designed with a safe and injury-free method of running/walking. The course will cover basic running techniques, stretching, nutrition and hydration needs and prepare you to run/walk up to 5k distance and to consider moving up to the next course, Running 102.
